Founder John Wade began his career in 1990, building, designing, and managing live satellite trucks for a small satellite transmission company that provided live transmission services to all the major television networks and production companies. He then moved on to New England Sports Network (NESN) and immediately took on the position of Chief Engineer with the task of completing a $5 million studio rebuild project that would convert NESN’s broadcast facility to an all-digital format. From NESN he ventured out on his own and started his first company, Taylor Wade Associates, a broadcast engineering consulting firm. The company took on such notable clients as the Boston Celtics and New Boston Garden, as well as providing live television consulting services to the State of Massachusetts Educational Network (MCET).
In 1999, Mr. Wade decided to focus his resources of ten years in the Broadcast Engineering industry by creating a reputable fulfillment company to handle the growing demands of consumers for “High Tech in the Home”. Hence, Tri Wire was born, a company fully committed to providing last mile installations for all three services (Tri Wire) that broadband technology was promising at the time. Since that first Cable Broadband contract in 1999, Tri Wire has gone from 6 to 1000 employees and continues to set the bar within the Broadband Fulfillment Industry. By providing dedicated employees, broadband experts, superior service, technological advancements and warehousing services, Tri Wire has changed the way customers view “the cable guy”. As a result, the company is one of today’s leading broadband installation vendors in the United States.
Mr. Marsh joined Tri Wire in 1999 after ten years as an independent real estate appraiser working with local construction companies to develop residential properties. He was educated at the University of Massachusetts. He started his career at Tri Wire as a Field Manager in charge of HSD development and in 2001, was promoted to Operations Manager for Tri Wire’s Comcast division. His success in establishing strong bonds with client management led to his assignment in 2002 to develop the New York market and serve as Tri Wire’s Cablevision Operations Manager. In January 2003, Mr. Marsh was appointed General Manager for all of Tri Wire’s operations. His success as a leader and his ability to execute positive organic growth has made him a valuable asset to Tri Wire. In 2006, Marsh was promoted to Tri Wire’s COO, and in 2013, to President. He now manages more than 14 local Operations Managers across the country and continues to maintain close ties with Comcast, Cox, and Cablevision executives.

Jay was very conscientious and careful — he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working.
Yesterday a gentleman named Angelo came to repair my cable. I have had many servicemen here but he was exceptional. He would not leave until he knew everything was working properly.
We would like to pass along that Xavier was very professional and did a great job getting our summer home up and running.
